Located within the prestigious celebrity enclave Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, Villa des Parcs is an exquisite retreat where luxury meets the serene beauty of the French Riviera. The villa's location amidst private creeks and lush palm trees offers a unique getaway, with the vibrant beaches and the charming center of St. Tropez just a stone's throw away. The estate is framed by an array of trees, including cypress, palm, pine, and olive, creating a serene oasis.
Guests can also enjoy a private beach within the Parcs of Saint-Tropez, just a five-minute walk (or three minutes by golf buggy) away. This wild beach features sandy islands and a beach volleyball court. A beach house provides a shower and WC for added convenience. Nearby, the charming restaurant "Les Salins" offers beachfront dining and truly delicious seafood.
A Luxurious Haven in St. Tropez
Set on 5,000 square meters of very well-landscaped grounds, Villa des Parcs is a masterpiece of elegance. A large main terrace offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean, while the large heated swimming pool and poolside Balinese beds provide the perfect setting for relaxation under the Riviera sun.
The villa’s white interiors exude an overall sense of angelic calm. The main level boasts two living rooms bathed in soft cream tones, with large windows that flood the space with natural light. These windows open to a terrace lounge on one side and the pool and park on the other, the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The fully equipped professional kitchen features a La Cornue oven, great for preparing gourmet meals. A large dining table for 12 sits at the heart of the kitchen, perfect for gatherings. There is also a fireplace in the kitchen, allowing the chef to grill a variety of dishes, from meat and vegetables to fresh seafood. With outdoor dining for 12, meals can also be enjoyed under the Provençal sky.
One of my favorite features is the eucalyptus hamman. There is also a full gym, sauna to fit 8 people, and massage room for spa treatments.

Primary Suite (Second Level) – King bed, office area, dressing room, sea views, en-suite bathroom with tub, Italian shower, and Toto WC.
Bedroom Two – King bed, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and dual basins.
Bedroom Three – Queen bed, shares a bathroom (Italian shower, dual basins, bathtub) with Bedroom Four.
Bedroom Four – King bed, access to the outdoor swimming area, shares a bathroom with Bedroom Three.
Bedroom Five – King bed, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, dual basins, tub, and WC.
Bedroom Six – King bed, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and dual basins.
Bedroom Seven (Cottage) – King bed (convertible to two singles), TV, A/C, small kitchen, en-suite bathroom with shower. This could be used for personal staff, chef, nannies, assistants.
